At my request, Dedra has been checking in with me regularly for months to see if I've had a chance to look over the life insurance info she sent. There were times I would not respond because I got busy or distracted, and other times I would tell her that no, I haven't looked at the info yet. But she's been super friendly the entire time and has never been rude and continued to follow up with me.

Today, I called her up for a quote on a different insurance policy and after getting more info, she called me back with all I needed to know, answered all of my questions - I had a TON, and is an absolute pleasure to work with.
